As you age the skin around our eyes starts to slowly lose elasticity. This can cause your eyelids that droop, and lines to form around your eyes. Some people also develop unsightly fatty deposits under their eyes.

Then incisions are made around the lower eyelid to gain access to the fatty deposits under your eyes. Excess fat is removed and remaining fat is sculpted to improve the overall contours around the eye and lessen some of the noticeable lines.
